I've got a shit ton of "okay" Bourbon that I'm never going to drink up straight. I need to get through the stockpile before we start moving into the new house later this year.

My wife and daughter are traveling. Just me and the dogs. I'll have an Old Fashioned in my hand all weekend. How do you like yours?
  • Brown sugar cube
  • A few dashes of either cherry or orange bitters, depending on what sounds good
  • Club soda
  • a couple of oz of Bourbon.
  • Maraschino Cherry for garnish
  • 2.5" round ice cube
