I still do not know at this time if a final decision has been made. However, through sources, I have learned this:
The contract Blake Baker and Missouri agreed to in December was a three-year deal. He is set to make $1.9 million this year, $2 million in 2025 and $2.1 million in 2026. The buyout would be $950,000.
I am told in the last few days there have been discussions about increasing that number.
Baker may leave. If he does, it's not because Missouri didn't pay him.
