She will start on August 15 (next Thursday)
Base salary of $550,000 per year guaranteed for six years (through June 30 2027)
Another $250,000 guaranteed per year for radio/TV/appearances/etc
Total of $800,000 per year guaranteed for six years.
Incentives of up to $150,000 per year
Deferred compensation of $150,000 per year if she completes the contract which would bring the total guarantee to $950,000
Mizzou will pay $500,000 buyout to UNLV
If she is fired prior to the end of the contract, they owe the remainder of deffered compensation (basically 150K per year)
