BASKETBALL New post-season tournament starting in 2025?

I may be the last person to be aware of this but I heard an interview with Gary Parrish yesterday and he was talking about it. Sounds like it would be a 16 team tournament played at one venue in Las Vegas during the week between the Elite 8 and Final 4.
