A look at the coaches and their last 3 years at their school compared to the prior 3 years before they were hired to see what they took over and then what they left behind. Also, for comparatives, the same look at 3 coaches hired at the same time in the last big cycle (Oats, Muss, Buzz).
Also - one including 2021 and one excluding it, as the COVID year really messed with mid-majors a lot.
