Apparently, Karine Jean-Pierre is married to CNN reporter Suzanne Malveaux and they share a child together. Nothing wrong with that except it seems to create another conflict of interest issue for CNN having someone with a family link to a government they are covering. I'd think CNN would be prudent to reassign Ms. Malveaux to a beat far away from Washington politics, but her friends will still be covering the White House and her wife's administration. Not exactly an arms length situation.
