This question needs to be answered and investigated. I think answer is obvious(all parents more involved and more oversight of the children). Public schools simply have more kids unsupervised, teachers having more students, parents working/disinterested, and less violence/abuse at home. This being a vastly small minority of public school parents that actually produce a shooter.
No shootings at Private/Charter schools, why?
