I would love to see more sets with Hester, Lovett and Cooper on the field together. I'm really liking what I've seen the last couple weeks out of Hester. I think he'll end up the being the best of our current WRs. Regarding Cooper, I may have a little bias because I've seen the kid grow up. He definitely has a skillset that for whatever reason Drink ain't getting it out of him thus far. Not being a good route runner isn't the reason he's not getting more opportunities down the field, either. We still have quite a few games left so there's time.
Lastly, yes there is a little STL bias on Cooper because I've seen him do it on fields with other high level players, I great y'all that. But this myth that kids and folks from STL are always batching and complaining needs to stop. That STL is gonna STL phrase is a flat out lie. I really can't think of one instance where the folks in STL were tripping about anything happening at Mizzou in the last 10 years or so.
