Up until the LSU game, this team shot free throws far, far better than I had any reason to expect. They were consistently good all season, with the worst shooters being Nikko and Tilmon. Everyone else was money.
So my question is:
How does the FT percentage nose dive all of a sudden? The Tigers have shot FTs well in a lot more hostile environment than at LSU. Tonight was slightly better, but still awful for a home game with so much on the line. And the misses came from usually reliable shooters.
Anyone have any theories, other than they are choking?
