I grew up with Norm as the coach. My favorite and no doubt the most successful coach in MIZZOU basketball history. If I'm not mistaken, he is the winningest coach in college hoops without a final four. In fact, its still frustrating his team's could be downright awful at the big dance.
Why is it that Norm's teams could never get over the hump? Did he only care about winning the conference? Did he only care about beating kU? We're his team's ill prepared? Bad luck?
