Came across this in my twitter thread and it got me to thinking about NIL collective "opportunities". Would you pay $375- $1000 per ticket to go see Sheryl Crow or Sara Evans in concert to support Mizzou NIL collectives? I really wonder how many people are willing to repeatedly pay a premium for a concert ticket or a tee shirt just so their college team can pay kids to come there. I can see/understand once or twice.... but I am not sure there is the base to support the structure so many think this will become. We are an odd group here, and there is division even amongst us whether or not to contribute to NIL collectives and then how much.
