Spent time at five schools today, and one of those was Carrollton in Georgia. That is home to at least three major Power 5 prospects, maybe a couple others after this spring.
One of those is 2022 QB Myles "MJ" Morris. He will be one of the top QBs in the south, maybe the country.
He was offered by Mizzou under the old staff, then re-offered by Drink and the new staff.
When talking recruiting with Morris today, the first school out of his mouth was Mizzou. He talked about Dink, how they connected when he was at App St, and how they have been in touch since he took over in Columbia.
On top of that connection, I found out Morris has family in Missouri.
It is early, and he has some major offers, but after talking with Morris and a couple people at his school close to this, I can say with confidence Mizzou is a major player early on.
