I was thinking about this because I keep getting recommended these pitiful SI Arkansas articles (EX) that frame their offseason as having practically no optimism - and having nothing but hope that they can improve.
I know they’ve been our assigned rival (Kentucky + South Carolina unofficially), but given the recent recruiting situations, fan/coach comments, at what point does OU usurp Arky to be considered our top ‘rivalry matchup’? Or have they done so already?
