Been reading the posts and understand the frustration. Points to ponder. Steak did yearnot hire him therefore will not be as forgiving as he would for a coach he did hire. A conversation I would like to see happen Monday between the two would go something like this. Barry, 9-3 for sure gives you another year, 8-4 we will talk about it . Anything else, you’re gone. I think this is a reasonable compromise to reasonable expections and the fire him now ranting. Thoughts.
