It seems to a casual observer like me that a higher end Italian restaurant would do well in Columbia. A lot of other cuisines are available but not Italian. I know there’s Olive Garden but I don’t count it as a true Italian restaurant. An Italian restaurant strategically located (south end of the city) seems like it’d really fill a niche. Thoughts?
