So these clubs are popping up everywhere. Several guys I know at the golf club have joined, love it and have lost a bunch of weight. From what I understand, the one hour workout focuses extensively on heart rate through treadmill, rowing and weights. Any OT’ers know anything about it? Thinking about joining for a few months as I need to jumpstart my conditioning. I’ll never be able to run a sub 17 minute 5k...just trying to drop some lbs.
