I get the recipe and ingredients from the Lair.
Question: what are some quick tips on deep frying at home? We don't do it (not objecting in principle, we just aren't in that habit). As such, we do not have a deep fryer (i.e., Fry Daddy). We do have a wide array of quality pots and pans.
One more thing, for whatever it is worth, we have electric and not gas. I know.
