Cal went on the road and beat #14 Washington this week. Cal is now 2-0 and Washington 1-1. For one, how is Washington still ranked (#23) after losing at home? For two, how the hell is Washington still ranked ahead of Cal (Cal comes in just outside the poll at #27)? In what world does this make any sense?
