Requires we allow 8 teams to play in more than ONE bowl. Could use 4 of 5 early (Dec 15) bowls; Autonation, New Mexico, Las Vegas, Camelia, New Orleans to get to 4 teams for current system. Losers COULD enter other Bowl scenarios. This would reward best teams and remove 8 unranked teams, 6-6, 5-7 types who IMO have diluted QUALITY of bowls.
