Power wash or paint

Saw some comments regarding power washing the bleachers in the "move some dirt" thread.
Why not paint the bleachers black and gold alternating sections?
If you have a seat back with your seat have it in corresponding color.
Just about anything would be better than the current ugly gray concrete look.
