POWERMIZZOU.COM COTTON BOWL GET TOGETHER
We are planning to host a pre-Cotton Bowl party for our subscribers the night before the GAME in the Dallas area. Ticket sales and buzz for the game has been huge and we know a lot of you are going to be there. We have worked out an event with Chicken N Pickle, a great establishment many of you are familiar with and a huge supporter of Mizzou athletics.
The address is 2965 State Hwy 161, Grand Prairie, TX 75052 which is just about seven miles east of AT&T Stadium and a bit west of the main part of Dallas. Our party will start at 630 and run through the evening until about 930. You can obviously arrive and leave as you want, but don't get there before 630 and we want to wrap it up by about 930 to help out the staff and to give you guys plenty of time and energy to recuperate for game day.
CNP is serving as Mizzou fan headquarters on that night. Mizzou fans in the area are going to be directed to the restaurant for the evening. However, the PowerMizzou event will have the Be Amazing Room reserved specifically for us. If you’re there for our event, go to that room. It holds approximately 200 people. We are not taking RSVPs. The first 200 people are going to get in the room. If the staff there needs to cap attendance in that room, they will do so. There should still be plenty of room for you to hang out elsewhere in the restaurant with Mizzou fans, but our specific party is going to be limited to capacity in the Be Amazing room.
Chicken N Pickle is going to have food and drink specials exclusive for our group that night. There will be some snacks and appetizers provided. You will be able to order beyond what is available on the house, but you will be responsible for your own bill that evening. Our friends at Yuengling will have a vendor table set up in the room with some merch and samples. There will also be discounted prices on Yuengling at the bar for our group.
Jarod Hamilton will be there for us. Make sure to shake his hand and say hi to our friends from Yuengling and Chicken N Pickle. They’ve both done a lot to work with us to set this up specifically for you guys and anything you can do to show appreciation and show them that our site is worth their attention is appreciated.
Again, you are welcome anywhere in Chicken N Pickle that night and it will be packed with Mizzou fans. I'm told capacity is around 2000 people for the entire establishment. But if you want to meet your fellow subscribers, hang out with @JHamilton23 and get a little bit of free food and specials, you'll want to go to the Be Amazing Room.
