2007 - Florida State - 61 athletes, 23 football players given answers to a test - FSU admitted fault - NO POST SEASON BAN

2018 - Notre Dame - 8 football players received impermissable benefits including coursework completed for 2 of them - ND admitted fault - NO POST SEASON BAN

MIZZOU's appeal will not focus on UNC, because that is a loser. But it will point to these two 'bluebloods' with similar improprieties not receiving a post season ban. The COI will have to put its tail between its legs and lesson the penalties.
