Joe wants additional Democrat voters. He is too much of a pussy to announce he is opening up the southern border, and besides it doesn't poll well. So he takes the cowards way out and declares that since they are coming anyway and it would be cruel to turn children away at the border. So in effect, he opened up the border to anyone who can bring a kid, inviting them to come. Or if you send or rent your kid to someone else the parents will be able to come later. But the Drug cartels control who crosses the border from the southern side. So Joe the Pussy puts the Drug Cartels in charge of our Southern border. And they have a win/win. Joe gets his illegal undocumented Democrat voters and the Cartels get rich, trafficking kids and smuggling drugs and terrorists, north of 100B so far. Has Joe worked another 10% for the big guy deal? Sure many of the illegal's have covid and hundreds or thousands of kids die along the way and a large percentage of them get raped but nobody really cares about that anyway as long as Joe and the Drug Lords get what they want. The illegals come over and the Cartels get richer.
