@GabeD In your Ten Thoughts yesterday, you mentioned that 14 times over the past 32 years did a new coach have a worse record over his first three years than his predecessor did over his last three, and then went on to build a successful program.

When doing that research, do you recall how many times a new coach had a worse record and did NOT go on to succeed? At first blush, 14 times in 32 years sounds like a small number, but if it was 14 times out of, say, 17, it would say a lot more than 14 times out of 50, for example.
