Let's say a guy commits to Tennessee and gets paid $50K for his services. Before signing day, Auburn decides they want him, so they pay him $100K. Does he have to give the $ back to Tennessee, does Auburn pay Tennessee the $50 as a buyout, or is Tennessee just out the money?
