-Shots are falling again. It's a good sign that the dip didn't last multiple games like last time. Mizzou's likely to get to its magic number. But it's getting put to the test today.

-Hayden Brown's having one of his better games. He's been incredible for South Carolina defensively. I've never seen somebody shorter than Kobe that was strong enough to keep from getting backed down by him. He looks more like a tight end than he does a basketball player. Mizzou is 8-14 on 2-pointers when he's on the floor. On offense, he's slicing the Tigers' zone open with backdoor cuts. I was not expecting him to be this big of a factor.

-The Tigers' defense hasn't looked great, Brown being one of the main reasons why. But they also weren't generating all that many turnovers early on. Once they did late in the half, that's when you started seeing them get back in the driver's seat.

-"Diarra looks good" seems to be the most frequently used phrase tonight. He had some really nice passes that led to open looks along the 3-point line. They aren't afraid of letting him switch onto guards on defense. He's a real contributor.

-Aidan Shaw. That's it, that's the take.

-Noah Carter is +12 in 12 minutes, the highest mark on the team by far. He's made up for a slow start from Kobe.
