Playing in the smallest division of high school football in Missouri, Langden Kitchen didn't get eyes on him, but he still showed flashes of what his potential could be at the next level.
Talking with his high school defensive coordinator, Andrew Baxley, today, I thought I'd share this quote before posting the article tomorrow morning:
"He was the dude that people would run away from. People would run away from him all the time, and I had to find ways to get creative, to get him closer to the ball defensively."
Kitchen is two years removed from those days, but Baxley helped paint a picture of what made Kitchen an underrated talent.
