Very good friend told me that it's Louisville or Texas for Ramey. He said Mizzou pushed hard for a commitment when they had a home visit with the Ramey's and he thinks after that came and went that Mizzou saw the writing on the wall and put their efforts into other guys. Also told me he's 99% sure that Ramey announces tomorrow.
