2. Brad Smith (I don’t feel like he’s quite as good as Chase but it feels a little wrong lumping him in with the guys below)
Tier 2: Elite
3. Drew Lock
4. Blaine Gabbert
5. James Franklin
Tier 3: Serviceable
6. Brady Cook
Tier 4: Meh
7. Kelly Bryant
8. Maty Mauk
9. Connor Bazelak
