I met one of my son's classmates who played DII football in Nevada. He is 6'2" who played guard at 315 pounds. He now weighs 230 pounds. He told me the coaches wanted him to maintain that weight. I can't remember the number of calories he had to consume. Since losing the weight he feels a whole lot better, especially his knees. Told me he can't stand to look at ice cream anymore. I asked him how he lost the weight, said he continues to work out and cut down on his caloric intake. (The kid is ripped) Has been a positive influence on my son, works out every day after class. Has also maintained a 97% grade average.
