I’m watching the Baylor/OSUjr game and things start to open up for a minute or two. Both teams are flying from one end to the other. A questionable foul was called. This is for any of you refs out there, do you call a weak foul to slow the game down because you’re a little tired from running up and down the court? Be honest.
