being retired and with loads of time on your hands I wander around a lot on the internets, going all the way to the edges sometimes. In looking at the other teams comparable to MU and how their recruiting classes are shaping up you see curious things. MU is behind everyone in East as usual but Vandy and they have about the same type class with 1 4 star and the rest 3's. USC especially is doing very well especially defensively with DE's we would kill for and a highly rated QB from SoCal. Arkansas is the biggest puzzle of course with the kind of class you would think one of Big Brand schools would have after the most disasterous season they have had in many years and a HC with lots of questions about. 11 or more 4 stars? WOW.

ISU class is really strange IMO with how well Matt Campbell's squad has done on the field and his national rep being very high and oftened mentioned as the next big thing. yet his class is literally just a bunch of guys, many 3 stars but from really out of way places with few offers from power 5 schools and only 1 four star of note. Man I am glad my living and success was never determined by the whims of some teenager as they make some really strange decisions.
