In this week's Recruiting Mailbag Gabe's wrote about an offer from Notre Dame that "isn't committable". What in the world does that mean?
Does it mean the ND is extending the kid an offer but he can't use it to commit? Or could it mean that ND is extending an offer but won't accept the kid's committment? Neither makes sense.
