Supposedly about keeping from CCP using Tiktok to surveil us, it actually promotes national surveillance and lays out sentences for using a VPIN to block surveillance. Anybody seeing this? Obviously this guy uses some hyperbole. Suggests this is significantly worse than the Patriot Act.
