It's an eye opener when guys you watched play start passing away. I know it happens in all facets of life (ie. high school and college friends passing away), but it definitely puts your mortality into focus.
I remember that UNC beating the Fab 5 in the finals in 1993 (the Chris Weber timeout game). That was a fun era of CBB. Sorry to see Montross pass from cancer. Seemed like a very likable guy.
