They've set the standard very high for themselves.

-On recruiting in-state vs. out-of-state, Pingeton said home-grown players are important to her. Said it creates an opportunity to get to know the players much more than on the court. She believes if you can keep the best players home and build around that, you put yourself in a good position.

But she's had success with Mama Dembele and thinks Hilke Feldrappe and Lucija Milkovic can complement the team.
