We won't have a game time until next Monday, but @stljesstx and HornsDownShop.com are helping us out with putting together a tailgate prior to the October 2nd game against the Vols. Will share exact location details as soon as possible. We should be easy to spot.
We are going to provide the food (exact menu to come in the next few days).
We're asking for guests to make a small donation to help defray costs. We'd ask $5 per person. If you want to chip in more, we won't refuse it, but we're planning on about $15-20 of food per person so you're getting a significant discount.
We're also making this a bring your own beverage event. It's much simpler for us that way and it also avoids any questions of liability for us and our sponsor should someone have too much to drink. That's your responsibility, not ours.
Depending on the time of the game, we're hoping to have some players swing by after the game to hang out with fans for a little while.
If you're going to stop by, please respond to this thread and let us know how many people will be in your party. We know that plans change and the numbers can fluctuate a bit, but we need to have a ballpark figure for attendance so we know how much food to get and how many people to expect. We're more than happy to have you as a spur of the moment thing even if you don't RSVP, but we're basing the food order on RSVPs so if 50 people show up that don't RSVP, we're going to run out of food and some people that RSVP'd aren't going to get to eat.
