From talking to SEC assistants on multiple staffs, there is a pretty good feeling the SEC will loosen its transfer restrictions within the conference and allow SEC players to transfer within the conference during the May 1-15 window. Nothing is official, but it's something to keep an eye on after spring practice and that would certainly make the second window more active.
