The good news is SCOTUS is going to hear your god king's argument that he could do anything he wants as POTUS and there's no way you can charge him with any crimes.
The bad news is if he wins that argument, Joe Biden will immediately create his alternate slate of electors and have them ready to be certified in Jan 2025 and there's nothing you guys can do about it.
The ramifications of the decision to grant cert and most likely push his trial past the election are big enough, but there could be lots of shock waves if they rule in his favor.
