A few had requested info on Jordan Barnett so I checked in with one of our guys at Orangebloods who covers hoops. Here's what he told me:
"Very athletic. Has skill. Not a strength but he can shoot it from outside. Can rebound when he wants to.
When we asked Shaka about him at Big 12 Media Day he mentioned confidence not being there. Seems like he just didn't bring it in practice consistently enough with the effort and mental approach Shaka wants.
I think a new start could help. He's a good kid. Just don't think he's that really aggressive kind of guy Shaka likes. Wouldn't be expecting big things but he could turn into something. Hope he figures it out. No one ever said anything bad about him"
