Last year the Big Ten paid $27 million to each school. $8.1 million of that came from the Big Ten network.
In contrast the SEC paid out 20.9 million to come in $6.9 million per school short of Big Ten school hauls of cash.

These are the estimates for the Big Ten going forward.
2014-2015....$30.9 million This year
2015-2016....$34.1million
2016-2017....$35.5 million.(There are conflicting reports that Nebrask receives a full share this year or the next)
2017-2018....$44.5 million (New TV deal starts with higher payouts)
NOTE...... Maryland and Rutgers do not get full shares until 2020-2021 revenue year.

The big 12 has reporteded that they expect to exceed $40 million per school payout in 2023-2024 school year.

It will be interesting to see where our payout ends up this year . The SEC will announce sometime between the last week in May and the First week in June. The South Carolina AD leaked that he expects a minimum of a $5 million influx from the SEC network. That should put the SEC well over the $25 million per school payout and narrow the gap with the Big Ten. In what year will the SEC exceed the Big Ten in Revenue per school?
