SECN - How Are Alternate Channels Used?

I have Centurylink with 3 SEC Network channels. At most, the second channel is an identical version of channel one. The third channel never has anything except the SEC logo screen. With so many games and sports, and 14 schools with TV control rooms, why aren't the 3 channels going simultaneously with different content?
