I love following the money. Cause campaigns can say a lot, but where they spend their money can show you the real opportunities or threats.
Biden is leveraging a record breaking August to make up on a deficit versus Trump and now projects a total ad spend (TV and digital) of +$15M to Trump.
According to this, NC will be 2nd to only FL is TV ad buys. Projected TV spend through the end of the election:
Trump: $36M
Biden: $32.5M
That doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. Perhaps NC is full of olds like FL and TV is the preferred method for distributing the campaigns' message?
More news:
Biden expands his spend to defend Minn and Nevada; swing states ad buy now includes: Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Trump campaigns emerges from TV 'blackout' period: “We have over $200 million worth of TV ads that are reserved (from) Labor Day until Election Day,” Miller said.
Military fallout: Lib PAC to spend $4M in PA, WI, MI attacking Trump on lack of support for veterans.
