According to the Springfield News-Leader, a friend of his was stopped and being processed for DWI. The friend called DGB for a ride. DGB went to the scene to pickup the friend. The cop noticed his eyes were bloodshot and watery and his speech was slurred. He admitted to having had one drink before arriving. He was given a portable breathalyzer on the spot and blew over .08. DGB was arrested for DWI. So far the friend has not been charged.
