I looked for the story thread but couldn't find it. SIAP.
Anyone else take note of this paragraph in the story:
"Stewart wasn’t surprised by the offer after Tigers assistant coach Rob Fulford watched him on Feb. 4. He said his offer was always coming; it was just a matter of Anderson finding time to call him."
If I read this correctly, Rob Fulford told Stewart on Feb. 4 MU was going to offer as soon as the coach can get around to it and then it took over 10 days?
I can't speak to why it would take him 10+ days to get around to this. I'm sure he's a busy person during the season. But why would you let this message get to a recruit? Say nothing or call him back the same day to make him feel like you care about his recruitment.
Some simple sales techniques could help this staff apparently.
