This is not a leading question but something that came to mind with the OBJ thing. Wouldn't colleges have to equally pay women's sports, especially in sports that are the same (ie basketball) if paying players was allowed. With the restrictions Title IX creates for equality in sports(ie equal number of men's and women's teams) would this not be an issue? Might this be part of the reason it hasn't already openly happened beyond the greed and injustice if Universities making billions while offering essentially minimum wage to players.
