SIAP: Power conferences, not NCAA, to control policing athlete compensation

I saw an interesting article from Ross Dellenger about the future of the NCAA... Seems the power conferences met in DC recently and are working to move NIL/Pay For Play out of the hands of the NCAA and into another organization. Listening to McCready and Siskey this morning and Siskey has been hearing that a break away could happen as early as the end of next year, but by 2031 at the latest. (and yes, I posted this on the other board too)
