Since forever (for me about 1965) I have heard Mizzou is a sleeping giant. In those 50 years the giant always had some issue. You all have named them at one time or another. Now, we appear maybe for the first time ever to be close to running out of institutional excuses for why we can't. We appear to have a chancellor and AD that are going to talk and walk in step. Now, it is going to fall to alumni and friends of Mizzou to back up the desire for the giant to awake with the fuel of success which is $$$$$. It is going to be the most interesting time in my memory for Mizzou and its athletic programs. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
