For 12 years and is one win away from a 3rd 10-win season. That got me to wondering how many 10-win seasons our SEC foes have had, not just in the last 12 years, but for their entire SEC membership. ***What’s even crazier is Mizzou has a chance at a THIRD 11-win+ season since joining the SEC back in 2012.***

Raise your hand if you saw that coming.

Anyway, here’s everyone else:

Alabama — 41 in 90+ seasons as a member of the SEC. 12 in the last 12 years (LOL, that’s just ridiculous). Also 1 win away from 12/12 in 11-win+ seasons.

Arkansas — 3 in 32+ seasons as SEC members. Zero 10-win+ seasons since 2012 (2 in the 2 years prior to Mizzou joining the SEC).

Auburn — 14 in 90+ seasons. 2 since 2012, with one of those seasons hitting 12 wins.

Florida — 16 in 90+ seasons. They didn’t get their first 10-win+ season until 1991, 57 years after joining the conference. 4 since 2012 with two 11-win+ seasons.

UGA — 28 in 91+ seasons. 9 since 2012, with 7 being 11-win+ seasons.

UK — 4 in 90+ seasons. 2 since 2012.

LSU — 16 in 91+ seasons. It took LSU 25 years before achieving their first 10-win+ season in the SEC. 5 since 2012 with 1 of those seasons going 11 wins+.

MSU — 3 in 90+ seasons. 1 since 2012, and they’ve never topped 10 wins as a member of the SEC. MSU got their first 10-win season after just their 8th season in the SEC, but didn’t hit another 10-win season for 59 years (1940-1999).

Ole Miss — 8 in 90+ seasons and they’ve never topped a 10-win season. 2 since 2012 and both were 10-win seasons. It took Ole Miss 22 seasons in the SEC before reaching their first 10-win season.

USC — 3 in 32+ seasons, all 11-win totals. 2 since 2012 with both being 11-win seasons (USC had their 3rd 10-win+ season the year before Mizzou joined, too). It took USC 19 seasons to hit 10-wins+.

UT — 20 in 90+ seasons. Nine of those seasons were 11-win+ seasons and UT has had 1 season of 10-wins+ (11) since Mizzou joined the SEC in 2012.

aTm — 1 in 12+ seasons, which was an 11-win season with Johnny Football in 2012.

Vanderbilt — 0 in 89+ seasons. (Nice and easy)

Since joining the SEC, Mizzou will possibly have had more 10-win+ seasons than 9 members of the SEC, and they’ve matched or had more 10-win seasons since joining in 2012 than 4 members who have been in the SEC for 89+, 32+, 90+, and another 32+ seasons, respectively.

Of course, now that I’ve put the possibility of a 3rd 10-win+ season out there, Mizzou will lose their next 2 and this will all be inaccurate.
