South Endzone Expansion Questions

The South Endzone expansion will include new locker rooks and a new weight room. Will the lockers only be used on game days? Or, will they be used year around since they will be close to the weight room? If the lockers are going to be used year around, does this mean the football team will be entirely vacating the MATC?
